June Virtual Chapter Meeting Virtual WebEx June 11, 2020, 6:30pm-8:00pm Contemporary Project Management: Improvised and Agile Work by Stephen Leybourne This presentation looks at the shift in the way projects have changed, and are perceived within organizations. The focus will be on Improvisational Working Practices (including a comparison with ‘Agile’ PM), and how we decide whether such project delivery styles will assist in the effective execution of projects in different domains. Including, the shifting landscape of projects, contemporary modes of delivery, the transition from ‘plan – then execute’, and a framework to assist with creativity in Project Management.
