OSPMI October Chapter Meeting

Ways of Working

Reigniting Passion, Purpose and Participation in Project Management with Dr. Charles Igwe
A conversation about what happens when project management becomes something we simply do rather than something we care about. The session explores professional purpose, engagement, identity, community, and what causes people to either lean in or gradually disengage from the profession.
