Join the Ocean State PMI Chapter for an engaging and interactive discussion on how the principles of high-performing teams apply to modern Human + AI project environments. Kate Folwell, PMP, DASSM, SPHR
Kate Folwell is a leadership development and transformation professional with extensive experience helping organizations build high-performing teams and navigate complex change. Her career spans leadership roles across life sciences, healthcare, insurance, government, and nonprofit organizations, where she has led initiatives focused on learning strategy, organizational development, workforce transformation, and performance enablement.
Kate is also actively engaged in exploring how emerging technologies—including generative AI and people analytics—are shaping the future of work and influencing how organizations develop talent, collaborate, and deliver value.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and experienced transformation leader, Kate is known for her systems-thinking approach and her passion for helping leaders and teams thrive through data-informed strategy, leadership development, and collaborative change.
