She drives enterprise-wide enhancements using structured governance, strategic planning, technology adoption, and operational diligence.
Recently promoted, she is currently serving as PMO Director at C1. Prior to her promotion, Jean was instrumental in helping to build the C1’s PMO hub of project delivery excellence.
Before joining C1, she was a Consulting Manager at Magenic, where she managed a portfolio of key clients and a cross-functional team of 25 consultants, developers, and analysts. She significantly increased regional revenue over her tenure through strategic resource planning and project forecasting, while also playing a key role in talent
development and client engagement.
Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Polycom and Sentri, where she led the integration and scaling of Microsoft-focused practices, including SharePoint and Cloud Migration. As Vice President of Strategic Operations and head of the Project Management Office at Sentri, she developed resource allocation systems that
significantly boosted profitability and project delivery performance.
At Knowledge Management Associates, she rose to Partner and Chief Operating Officer. In that role, she guided the firm though a 300% growth by establishing scalable operations, improving performance management systems, and creating a project management office that standardized delivery across the organization. She was instrumental in transforming the company’s infrastructure and culture, increasing both employee retention and customer
satisfaction.
Jean’s career began at the Boston Company and then New England Financial where she quickly learned that her passion lies in bridging the gap between technology and business - she continues to follow her passion today.
Jean is actively engaged in both the technology and project management communities. She co-chairs the Marketing Committee for Society for Information Management (SIM) Boston chapter, the largest chapter in New England, and frequently partners with industry leaders on knowledge-sharing and thought leadership initiatives. She is also the co-chair for SIM Boston’s largest fundraising initiative, an annual golf tournament, that hosts over 140 IT leaders
from across New England.
She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University. She is also a graduate of the Northeast Regional Leadership Forum through SIM.
