OSPMI June Chapter Meeting
The Change Management / Influence connection
Change management and influence have a common theme. Their goal is to modify a person’s or group’s thinking, actions or business decisions in a way that forwards your business objectives. They also both require having empathy for others, organizational understanding, communication, and business acumen.
This talk discusses how specialized and individualized influence-based communication can be used to enhance the success of your change management projects and business objectives.
