Navigating Change While Building Trust and Confidence with Beth Carter
 
This will be a tabletop interactive event with Project Managers and Bryant Project Management Students. 
Project Managers will share their experiences with students with Beth facilitating the event.
 
Bio:
Beth Carter is a recognized, multi-faceted Human Capital Leadership & Development Specialist who engages audiences worldwide by conducting dynamic presentations on a wide variety of topics, including leadership, personal branding, communications, DISC/Motivators behavioral assessments, conflict resolution, and team building.  As President and Founder of Beth Carter Enterprises and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), she also offers executive, business, and career coaching services that propel her clients to strive for more fulfilling careers.  Beth has a keen ability to assist individuals reach their goals in areas such as leadership and management development, and performance enhancement while motivating them to their full potential.

Beth is an Adjunct Professor at Bryant University for both the undergraduate program and the Executive Education  and Career Accelerator department and Roger Williams University.  She also is the Executive Director of the Rhode Island Business Competition, a non-profit that assists entrepreneurs in the State through programming and a competition that awards cash and prizes totaling over $120,000. 

 

She serves on the Bryant Alumni Leadership Council where she is involved in setting strategic direction to enhance alumni engagement. Beth provides pro bono coaching services for Stand Beside Them, a program that helps military veterans. 

 

Beth is also President of Carter Consultants Ltd. (www.carterconsultantsltd.com), an international executive search firm she founded in 1991.  Previously, she worked in the Executive Search practice of two of the Big Four accounting firms and a global executive search firm.

 

Beth holds a MBA degree in Marketing Management from Baruch College and graduated cum laude with an undergraduate degree in Business Communications from Bryant University. Beth is an author and blogger and has been quoted in such publications as the Huffington Post, New York Times, Today.com, and Yahoo Education.
