Join us this November 10th, as Patrick reflects on his 30 years as a PMO Leader.  

 
He will share his insights and real world experience from his roles in US Special Operations, and as Chief of Staff. 
 
He gained a wealth of knowledge working with portfolios that involved oversight of global stakeholders and managing resources of over a billion dollars.
 
The meeting will be an interactive discussion which will include the following topics:

Bio:

Current Role: Founder & President, Kamm Advisory Partners

After 30 years of leadership, as a member of the US Army’s, Special Operations community and then decades in project delivery and executive roles at a technology world leader, Pat has a unique resume with a global perspective. He has operated on six of the seven continents.

Through Kamm Advisory Partners, Pat applies his global experience to partner with businesses leaders and bring his “Tip of the Spear” leadership style to their teams. Pat is a c-suite “whisperer”. He consults and leads strategic and tactical initiatives, and partners to develop leaders and cultivate winning cultures. Pat is also an active public speaker and remains committed to supporting Veteran causes and inspiring teams.

  • Pat has led globally dispersed organizations of over 1,500 full-time and 500+ consultants and managed portfolios in excess of $1BN. Pat is a master at building cross-business relationships in support of the development and execution of the full product lifecycle from cradle to grave. Finally, Pat has managed an outsource portfolio of over 2.5M hours annually.

    Pat is a father of 3 and resides in Warwick, Rhode Island. A lifelong student and athlete, Pat lives every aspect of his life by “the 40% rule”.
