Organizations striving to adopt the Agile mindset do so understanding that innovation is critical to performance, survival and growth in business models. There is no secret that teams with high[er] EQ and mature levels of psychological safety innovate at faster rates than those organizations where risk-taking is associated with negative consequences. Measuring psychological safety could provide an incredibly accurate predictor of how effective or challenged your Agile Optimization [Project] will unfold. Research supports that the absence or presence of Psychological Safety impacts the outcome of an Agile Optimization. The Trust Virtuous Cycle framework helps managers, consultants and organization increase their chances of a successful Agile Transformation.
Bio:
Pepe is the founder of Loghan Partners Consulting Group and author of the Trust Virtuous Cycle framework. Pepe has led multiple business transformations and Change Management initiatives on Hiring for Cultural Fitness, Agile Optimizations, Building Trust, Measuring and Creating Psychological Safety to Accelerate Innovation.
He traveled extensively within the US and overseas during dot.com bonanza helping culturally diverse organizations from small internet startups to Higher Education, Non profits to global Fortune 500 companies.
He designed and built the first Bio-computing Teaching Lab at Harvard, before joining Dell Technologies to oversee Enterprise Cybersecurity Projects and Teams. He received his undergrad degrees in Mexico, majoring in Industrial Psychology. At WPI in Computer Programming, and earned his Masters from Harvard University. Outside of work, he spends weekends Skiing at Sunday River, writing wine reviews and going to the beach with his wife, two boys and their pets Skye and Sundayomes.
