Who Says You Can’t Plan Agile in Microsoft Project?

by

John Riopel

While many organizations are adopting agile for all or some of their project portfolio, business leaders still struggle with how to maintain overall planning capabilities for these projects.  The inherent flexibility of Agile Project Management often conflicts with other management needs such as critical path, resource management, and other traditional project management techniques.

So how can you deliver critical forecasting data needed at the enterprise level while maintaining the flexibility needed to run an Agile methodology?  Join us to better understand Agile and Traditional project management concepts, terminology, and how competing business needs can be met using each of these forecasting techniques and how to use Microsoft Project to support both.
