In this talk, we’ll describe high-quality connections and how you make them. We’ll see how these connections create energy that spreads through social networks. We’ll talk about how the principle of reciprocity enables you to get the help you need as you help others. You will have the opportunity to apply these practices and principles in a short activity at the end of the session.
