Strategies for coordinating multiple Agile and non-Agile projects towards shared objectives, managing dependencies across teams and making strategic product decisions with Agile projects.
Managing an Agile project can be complex in its own right, but scaling projects and coordinating entire programs including Agile and traditional projects introduces another layer of complexity. Project managers find themselves forced to coordinate dependencies and deliverables across multiple teams with very different timeframes for delivery. Business representatives must craft more adaptive strategies to take advantage of the rapid, iterative delivery cycle of Agile teams.
Based on experiences from the field, this presentation will discuss strategies for coordinating multiple Agile and non-Agile projects towards shared objectives, managing dependencies across teams and making strategic product decisions with Agile projects.
