In this interactive presentation, participants will learn how to measure the value of a PMO, evaluate the cost and benefits to help prioritize project efforts and learn how to use clear facts, tools and metrics to show the value of the PMO.

- Participants will review and prioritize the PMO performance drivers through the lens of the various stakeholders
- Identify the benefits stakeholders gain from PMO Performance Drivers

Women and Infants Hospital - 101 Dudley Street, Providence, RI in the South Pavilion Auditoriums 1, 2, and 3. Parking is available in Lots W-5 and W-8 on Dudley Street.
