The OSPMI Professional Development team will present a three-day PMP Certification Prep course, providing participants with a comprehensive review of the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) Guide, Fourth Edition. The curriculum encompasses each of the project management processes within the Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing process groups, including representative PMP exam questions. Upon completion of the course, participants are prepared to sit for the PMP certification exam.
