Topics - the program will consist of two 60-minute presentations: 

1. "Innovating Within the Project: Tools for the Working Team"
2. "Fundamentals of Multi-Project (Portfolio) Resource Management: Trying to please all of the people all of the time"

Pricing:

• Presentation Only $15 ($10 for OSPMI Chapter members).
• Dinner (menu below) and Presentation -  $45 ($40 for OSPMI Chapter members) .
  • Appetizer: Plated garden salad (choice of two dressings), warm rolls and butter
  • Entree - choice of:
    • Chicken parmesan with ziti
    • Pasta and vegetables
  • Dessert: Chef's choice
  • Freshly brewed regular coffee, brewed decaffeinated coffee, assorted international teas
