What Will You Do When All Else Fails?

Globalization has provided the convenience of immediate results but also exposes both the public and private sectors to previously unforeseen threat, risk, and vulnerabilities. Identity theft, international and organized crime syndicates, internal theft and difficult prosecutions all result in tremendous losses that can be deliberately reduced.

This presentation is designed to shake you from the trance of complacency that results from cultural indifference and ignorance of the threats that lurk from all hazards. The development of different but collaborative local, state, and federal programs has resulted in a confluence of ideas and strategies that you must know about for future planning, prevention and mitigation strategies for your company.

Lien Six Sigma, One-Minute Managers, Just-In-Time Warehousing, and other management strategies have proven themselves useful for saving on the bottom line; or have they? One unintended result is a fragile infrastructure that teeters on the edge of failure without immediate access to resources, spare parts, essential employees, and adaptability.

Our interactive discussion will leave you with a spirit of purpose, enlightenment, and resolve all at the same time. Risk management is only part of the solution because the presumption is that the risk is acceptable. We will discuss ways to make your business, employees, and customers more resilient when all else fails.

** There is a maximum attendee registration of 100, so please register early to ensure a seat.

Note:  There will not be a "Presentation Only" option this month.
