Two of our most experienced Project Managers will detail the unique challenges they themselves have faced and the innovative solutions that made them successful in the delivery of large scale Lottery projects in various regions of the world.

The discussion will highlight projects performed by GTECH in AsiaPac, and the Middle East. Attendees will learn how the PMs dealt with delivery challenges by phase when working with globally dispersed teams of 100+ resources. You’ll leave the presentation with practical tips to help you manage and control such things as communication gaps, shared resource pools, multiple time zones, cultural differences, varying skill levels, environmental and security challenges, and adapting to customer demands that may not completely align with your company delivery strategy or standards.  Representatives of the GTECH PMO organization will be on hand throughout the session to answer your questions and support your understanding of our delivery philosophies
