Dr. Wayne Baker
Dr. Wayne Baker is Chair of the Management & Organizations area at the University Michigan Ross School of Business and the Robert P. Thome Professor of Business Administration. Among his many publications, he has written two business best sellers, Achieving Success Through Social Capital: Tapping the Hidden Resources in Your Personal and Business Networks and Networking Smart.
