Dr. Jerry Brightman
Dr. Jerry Brightman is currently President of The Leadership Group (TLG). He created and is responsible for delivering the Leadership Solutions Institute® a unique nine-day leadership development program that uses 360-degree leadership assessment as well as one-on-one coaching. Founded in 2001, the work of TLG is creating and delivering customized leader development programs in a number of leadership areas including; leadership development; organizational learning; action learning; culture change; change management; systems thinking; dialogue and skilled conversation, influence without authority; team learning; and executive mentoring and coaching. Brightman has conducted this work in 111 countries around the world. In addition to program design and facilitation, Dr. Brightman and his colleagues conduct one-on-one coaching and mentoring as well delivering a number of custom speeches around the world related to leader creativity and innovation, leadership development, team learning, change management, dialogue, systems thinking, scenario planning, and organizational learning.
