Belinda Fremouw, PMP
Belinda Fremouw is an educator and business and project professional with over two decades of project management and senior leadership experience. Belinda began her career in the medical industry, providing business practice consultation to medical offices with a focus on decreasing expenses while improving patient care quality. Prior to selling the practice, Belinda had more than 60% of the medical offices within the city engaging her services. With strength in identifying inefficient processes, Belinda developed her project management capabilities and over the next decade worked as a senior project manager in the healthcare, finance, engineering, and technology sectors. Belinda was instrumental in the development of a rigorous software development methodology employed by multiple clients. Over her career, Belinda has managed more than $300 million in project endeavors, with teams and on-site experience in more than ten countries, earning multiple recognitions and awards. Her rigorous “Project Management Maturity Evaluation” was rolled out to more than 500 project managers in the United States, Europe, and India. In 2007, Belinda brought together her passion for project management and professional development to form Passionate Project Management, an education and consulting firm specializing in the advancement of project managers and the project management profession. Her acclaimed Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification preparation courseware is used by more than fifteen educational companies and universities. A sought after speaker, Belinda travels frequently lecturing at industry events, meetings, and seminars. Belinda is the author of multiple project management course materials. In addition, she served as the technical advisor on a soon-to-be-published book on CAPM preparation.
